BrandShop has an exciting opening for an experienced Vice President of Enterprise Sales to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a proven sales leader and will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, pitching, and working deals all the way to closure. BrandShop has significant growth goals, and we’re looking for an aggressive new business hunter with a proven record of delivering signed new business deals and exceeding quota.

What you’ll do

  • Effectively engage targeted prospective clients via telephone and email, as well as through social media, trade shows, and other creative means
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with various key decision-makers at the prospective partner/client
  • Qualify prospective partners/clients based on an agreed-upon set of qualifying criteria as defined by BrandShop leadership
  • Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, and presentations with key decision makers at prospective partners/clients, along with other available BrandShop executives and subject matter experts
  • Manage and direct the internal processes for engaging the broader BrandShop team and focusing them on preparing for all new business efforts (proposals, pitches, RFP responses, etc.)
  • Move deals through the defined BrandShop Sales process all the way to closure, including managing all contract development, negotiation, and closing, as well as transitioning to the BrandShop Client Success team thereafter
  • Maintain all data related to new business pursuits in Salesforce database with continually updated, accurate, and timely information on all engagement activity and scheduled follow-up activities
  • Meet or exceed established goals in terms of number of qualified proposals/pitches delivered and annual new business revenue achieved
  • Provide insights and feedback to prospects on a regular basis to ensure BrandShop is recognized as a value-added partner and remains top-of-mind
  • Track and share e-commerce and retail industry trends as well as competitive landscape information

The skills you’ll need to succeed

  • 8+ years experience selling e-commerce, retail technology, and logistics platform solutions and/or marketing solutions – both products and services – to Fortune 1000 prospects at the Director, VP, and C-levels
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and storytelling capabilities. Must have strong active listening and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of client and prospect organizations, as well as within BrandShop
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%
  • Experience and strong competency using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce.com
  • BS/BA in business or related field required; a combination of education and specific work experience may substitute for part of this requirement
  • Experience in housewares, fashion, and/or health and beauty a plus
